Lubomir is Founder and CEO of Sokrates Advisors, a management consulting firm dedicated to Private Equity. Over four decades in restructuring, general management and strategy consulting, he has advised investors on more than €80bn of transactions and led the analysis of some 3,000 companies, from buy-side due diligence to build-up strategies and value creation in portfolio companies. He works with clients across Europe and the United States from Paris and New York. Lubomir holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Mina is Chief Technology Officer of Sokrates Advisors. A Silicon Valley entrepreneur, she has founded and built companies at the frontier of artificial intelligence and data science. At Sokrates she leads the technology: the proprietary platform, the predictive analytics, and the tools delivered to Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies. Mina studied Computer Science at Duke University.
